It is with profound gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility that I assume the role of President of the Women’s International Forum. Started by a group of spouses of Permanent Representatives to the UN in 1975, our forum has long served as a powerful platform for dialogue and inspiration.
Today, our mission remains more vital than ever as we recommit ourselves to advancing the UN’s noble goals and Sustainable Development Agenda. As we navigate an increasingly complex world, the power of dialogue and shared understanding has never been more critical. We firmly believe that multilateralism and the work of the United Nations remain the only feasible and sustainable path towards building world peace, understanding, and progress.

WIF will continue to reinforce our connections with the UN at the highest levels, deepen our ties with the diplomatic community, and expand our reach within the vibrant New York community and we will:

Provide a platform for diverse voices, ensuring representation from all corners of the world reflective of our diplomatic community and treasured members from our wonderful host city.

Foster connections between speakers, change-makers and audience to turn words into knowledge that empowers us all.
Advancing UN Initiatives
Align our programming with UN initiatives namely the SDGs, amplifying their impact and reach.
Nurturing Future Leaders
Most important to my heart is to nurture the next generation of women leaders, and youth in general offering speaking opportunities and access to this unique platform and network.
