Climate Change and Sustainable Cities: Creative Solutions for the Future. Today’s WIF talk with UN Under- Secretary General Madam Maimunah Mohd Sharif, the first Asian woman to head an UN Agency – Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme known as UN-Habitat, was timely and important coming on the heels of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s final and sobering report! As the UN Secretary General said, ‘the World needs action: everything, everywhere, all at once!’
